Yes, for the position I applied for

My experience with the hiring process was unique and engaging. The interview took place at a local university in a speed-dating-style format, where interviewees rotated between tables, each with a panel of three interviewers. I discussed my past work experience, answered various questions—including some hypothetical scenarios—and showcased my skills and personality multiple times throughout the day. Some of those questions literally were - *interviewer holds up a pencil* “If I were to break this pencil in half, how could I still use it?” And my answer was that one could use it as chopsticks! They really liked that response and hadn’t heard it before. They also asked scenario-based questions that were more customer-service focused, based on prior work experience - “Describe a time when you had to help a very confused and upset customer.” That sort of thing. A few days later, I actually received a job offer, with the hiring team specifically appreciating my strong customer service background, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor, and creative approach to their questions. Although I ultimately declined the offer to pursue another opportunity, the process was well-organized, and the company’s prompt follow-up reflected their efficiency.
